Sold on Craigslist for $50.

So, for the Printer/Router deal, I paid $50 and sold for $100.  $50 profit in just a few days.  I was pretty happy on how this went down.

I posted this printer on Ebay and Craigslist. I put the Craigslist amount at $50 and the ebay auction around $34.50 with $14.99 shipping.  Within 5 minutes of posing my ebay listing, I had an email on Craigslist that someone wanted the printer.  I panicked thinking someone was going to buy it on ebay for the cheaper price that I put the ebay listing up to $60 then emailed the guy on Craigslist more. After feeling comfortable that he really wanted it, I had to unlist my ebay listing.  I lost $1.05 from ebay but it’s worth it.  That has to be my shortest ebay listing EVER. 

Current amount: 177.27. Estimated amount after selling: $311.72.

Sold: Belkin Wireless N Router

Sold the Belkin Wirless N Router for $50 on Craigslist. 

Total: $128.32.  Estimated amount after selling: $301.72

Sold – Kaspersky IS for $31.99 and Blackberry for $40

Thank you Ray!! I was getting worried there but it came through at the last second!  The Blackberry sold for $40 netting a $30 profit! Ray is a dear friend of mine.  He used to work with me at Medco and it was truly a joy.  We still have a report named after Ray and he’s been out from Medco for a few years now!  Anyhow, thank you!

The Kaspersky IS software sold for $31.99.  I was pretty happy with that as I got the software for free. 

My total is now $78.32.  My estimated amount after selling is $313.32.  You can click on ‘check current total’ on the left to always see the total, my estimated total after selling, and what I have left to sell. Otherwise it might be hard to keep up.   I have a printer, 4 docking stations, a wireless N router, and a 2 GB SD card for sale yet.  I need to list more on ebay. I have listed the router and printer on Craigslist but nothing yet so time to go to Ebay.  So far my total doesn’t seem like a lot but if you look at it a different way, I bought 4  docking stations (going for around $35 a piece), a $70 printer, a $80 router, DVD, 2 GB SD card all for $22.  Not too shabby.  I am concentrating on selling now to get the total up more.  I might make a bigger purchse after this.

I received in the mail today my 2GB SD card that I got for $3.95.  I didn’t think it went through but apparently one of them did. I will list on ebay soon.

Guy still hasn’t paid me for the Flavor of Love DVD. I’m starting to get impatient.  My other listing for the Internet Security is  now up to $31 with 2 more hours left.  So far so good.

Ok, I have two IBM laptops which I love (T40p and T41).  I got them for a STEAL last year and they came to $150 each.  Well, I’ve been looking for a docking station for them for awhile now and didn’t want to pay $30-$50 for one.  Well. I found some on ebay.  He had 9 of them for sale for $15 and $10 shipping and it had a “make offer” button.  I offered him $10 for each and then shipping was $10 for the first one and $5 for the additional ones.  I made an offer of $10 per item which comes to $16 per docking stating.  These are selling fairly easily for around $30-$50.  So, I thought I would buy 5 of them and sell 4 of them.  I thought for sure there was something that I was missing but I can’t seem to find it. They seem to sell on Ebay well.  Oh well, we’ll see. I need to trust my instincts since I’m in this for good now!

 These are also the better dockng stations.  They have a Port Replicator II that has only one USB port.  This one has a lock and 4 USB ports.  I use this same exact one at work so I know what it is like.  It also comes with the power cord which not all ebay listings do.  I think I can at least double my money with this.  I will try and sell on Craigs list for $30 first (no shipping, no ebay fees, and no paypal fees).

My money is dwindling but I have ALOT out there to sell.  Now i just need to list and wait it out. I estimated that once everything sells that I will be close to $300.  Time will tell now. I will list my auctions or craigslist listings soon.

Pretty good deal that I got.  I think I can make, at worst, around $50 from this. This same deal happened back in December and I missed out on it. This time I got it before they ran out.

Two other auctions have ended but have not received payment yet.  Those should post here in the next day or so which would take me to around $165.  Then I have two more auctions left for now (Kapersky Internet Security and the Blackberry).  Hopefully by this time next week I will be well over $200.  That would be a 100% return in 3 weeks.  If that becomes true then it’s not too bad of a start.  We’ll see, stay tuned.
